## Does a larger file contain more real detail?



Not necessarily. Enhancement can infer plausible texture, but it cannot guarantee recovery of what the camera originally captured. Judge moving sequences as well as single frames.



## Can I choose both a target resolution and a scale ratio?



Use one sizing mode for ByteDance. The request excludes the other field so the selected mode has a clear meaning.



## Why does the quote change after I edit settings?



Duration and the selected parameter combination determine the quote. A new configuration requires a new quote rather than reusing a stale estimate.



## Does the tool preserve my audio?



Audio retention has not been verified through real model runs for this site. Keep the original and inspect the returned file before using it in an edit.



## Can I submit a large archive file?



The current upload accepts MP4 or MOV up to 32 MB and 120 seconds. Prepare an appropriate source copy if your original exceeds those limits.



## What if the provider reports success without a playable file?



A status label alone is not a usable result. Check the task details and history, and contact support@3ytv.com with the task reference if no output is available.
